The Pheusian Riders or Dragon Riders are a group of Pheusians who can use this mystical power called the Force. They can move things, make things, erase minds, enhance abilities, e.t.c. with only the Force.
They ride the powerful Ninian Dragons which also use the Force in different ways, but only the dragon itself must choose his or her's rider. Once chosen they must endure the Trials of Fate together for them to bond and connect minds together.
If to fail they simply have another dragon choose the recruit rider. If to succeed the Rider is equipped with a Plasma Saber and Dadese Armor and both will be accepted into the Rider group. They will be taught for many years about their culture, fighting styles, history, e.t.c. After the Rider and his Dragon are trained they will be sent to the Dragon Temple where the leader of the Dragon Riders will knight them as the last step of becoming Dragon Rider.
